This story is dedicated to my Lord and Savior Lord Jesus Christ the Holy Ghost who have saved me in an operation where I had once died;and my late mother Late Tumbi Basar (Doji) who was really bothering about my future.And kindled the light of divinity,humanity and kindness in all the Children s she gave birth.And in spite of her all surmounting problem she faced in her life as a wife and mother in a semi rural place in its worst transition phase proved herself as a noble lady.

X.MY POLITICAL VISION:-

I want a Society which is free from all the fears and there is scope even for the poor boy to grow.And for it justice and equality has to be fully maintained.And the leaders should not directly do contract work and spend his time and energy for the welfare of the Publics.As if only emphasize is making money and Blitzkrieg in election then the Publics will grumble and the complaint will reach the heaven.

And it is right time the A Grade Contractors are help to do there business in other place also.There is need to help the Public to develop in there area of interest and the lower rungs of leaders must be also given chance to rise up,so is the Contractors and enterpreuners. There.There is need to harness the local resources like -tourism,Horticulture and agriculture which can be a good avenue for the Youths.But for all this I need a team of good Peoples and hopefully many will come now as time have come for sacrifice.The GRK is a God send NGO for me also.As I respect and trust there commitment for the upliftment of the Basar society.

And for the development of the Basar area,if necessary a expert committee have to be made to see how best to develop the Society as earlier the tourist building seems to have been made in wrong locations and no architecture seems to have been discussed.And there is seen lack of coordinated move to harness it;as from local to global there is need for coordination. Given.Given the chance I will like to continue the good

work of earlier leaders also.There is need to prefer Basar town as a tourist destination place as heart have to be made good first.May be best of everything have to be brought in Basar from other place.The poor farmers are seen not to get the good variety of seed in time;this are serious mistakes.As the best Govt. have to go to the least.

The election should be time to prefer the Public's for good future to come so there have to be a meaningful conversation and question hour given to the Public's. And.And that the new leader should be is given free hand at least for three terms as they have also not questioned earlier leaders.The emphasize will be also in beautification of the town and surrounding area.And also same roof painting concept that we see in the place like Simla where we see red roop tops have to be perhaps implemented first in Govt. building of Basar area as common model with preferable white color in the wall.As this will enhance the Basar`s scenic beauty.

The good work of the GRK is really appreciable there is acute need of coordinated approach with it.As the corporate house may want to invest through a good NGO thus any person who becomes leaders must support it.Friends there is now absolutely no way out then this ways as the MLAD is so meager now and our population is so big in compare to other part of Arunachal pradesh.Thus our land may have to be preferred to be given as lease to Investors also;and the lake and beautiful park may have to be developed.And in this regard my elder brother is already developing a big lake on his own;we may have to work with Gangi brothers to study how best we can sell our culture and tourists like in the line of Si Donyi festival of Daporijo.

The feasibility of the area need to be studied as all Village cannot be made to develop in all the fileds. Say.Say in rocky place Gottery may be better.And there is need to do the market through a local NGO so there is need to help GRK to club up with all the smaller NGO.As through them perhaps the Villagers products can be sold outside.There is acute need of making a old age center;as the Old Peoples seems to be spending horrible life here.There the old man can make traditional artifacts and this can be a visiting place for the tourists also;thus we need to move in this line with the help of GRK.But honestly this will also depend on the Peoples cooperation and some strict rules may have to be also framed after all like China we may not be able to undertake comprehensive old age center policy.

The Poor man seems to suffer more due to the presence of the Mithuns/Bos fontalis loitering and encroaching;thus it should be tried to be tamed in a Ranch and one Private party may have to be given a requisite support.As our land is fertile but only for

The GRK should be the official as well as unofficial partner and there plan and policies should be tried to be imbibed by any leader who comes in power.Unless exceptional circumstance there should be no transfer and posting on political consideration.There should be annual meeting with all the stake holders like PRI members,officers and Public's leaders.The previous report should be heard;New idea should be heard and plan for next year need to be made.The terminal natural disaster prone place like Taba Village may have to be given more stress in terms of logistic support for making pacca building.The Games and sports need to be also emphasized as the Youths are seen to be very much distracted this days.

The Basar town need a emporium the new house buildings if made need to be supervised by the town development committee members if there is adequate funds.And same should happen to any building made from Govt. funds.The

The Basar town need to be developed by making it as Mechuka and Daporijos transit camp;the local leader`s of those place will be to be taken into confidence in making a coordinated move.The Basar as the tourism destination need to be aggressively marketed;all the occupied land need to be given to the occupier without any question.As the Govt. may soon increase the land tax also and may need the clear report of the land occupied by the Publics as paucity of fund is accepted to increase in future.

The loitering Pig and the Bamboo in and around Basar area township may be needed to be cut for greater interest as to avoid any dreaded disease.The strict action need to be taken against the one who disturb the avenue plantations.The land records need to be seen to see what can be done regarding the proposed Horticulture college land earlier donated.The Tai river of the Tirbin can be identified for adventure sports;the Late Jikom Riba Park need to be stressed in the Ego area;as he was a great man.

Atleast they seems to have clear demand and this can be seen as good indication; only all the countries political party have to be united at least in this matter.So please for the shake of dying man and women atleast opening of a border trade can be a humble beginnig. See.See there is compulsion for the India and China to be friends as both have plans to make mega Hydro power projects in the rivers and tributaries which passes through both the sides.And being the lower riparian even if the Brahmaputra is not diverted there is need to know when the extra water is going to be released.

As Is human beings not bundle of thoughts only?and new idea may it not be better also?Provided we try to implement it.As good idea one day or other will be tried ;and so why not now.If the Berlin wall can be made to fall down.As many Arunachalees have settled in the Chinese side in Taksin area and vice versa. So humble prayer to Congress party and BJP please don`t play anymore politics over State of Arunachal Pradesh.And pollute this Holy land like the other place where the divine power also seems to have been angered.Please give us some space to think as the society have lost its root and now walking like a zombie here.As from stone age like situation suddenly this Mobile age have again come to harm us all. Thus for a strong nation a strong federation is also needed and since earlier most of the Congress leaders seems to have focused more in praising Gandhi family then saying-`DARIDRA DEVAY NAMAH` e,i-praying God in poor`s and working for the poor and downtrodden s. And.And as this party have turn out to be the party of the Jacobin's like in french Revolution time.

So for sake of justice and problem to be removed in tiny and remote State only the Congress party may be having problem in country also.This some spiritual bend minded man have reason to ponder also.As it is always bad to take everything for granted specially when it comes to suppressing the weaker one`s.Even the Holy Bible have forbade the non Christians to be harassed unnecessarily in the Christian dominated place.The earlier Congress man who pretend to be ready to jump inside acid also in command of Gandhi family like in movie called Mr. India.

But for us the Govt. seems to be always witch hunting against opposition leaders ;thus this makes you all to have more pity on us and try to reach out to us.But more they tried to criticize me more I seem to be used by lord also.As the United State of America have become super powers by sponsoring and sharing the blessings of man following God`s mission even in remote places.As this GUPT DANS to temple and man made idols will be also meaningless if one don`t love his own neighbor in true sense of terms when they need it.

BHAWATI BHARATAM…………………..`Actually the time and space is so much that we forget that we are originated from same forefathers.is not the Holy Baptisms not like taking bath in Holy river in special occasions.The Holy river is also said to have come from the heavenly galaxy.Thus it is better to see all the religious book very seriously without any pride and prejudice to come as truth.

See little knowledge is always dangerous it will always harm the person himself first.As sin is coming to a person concerned so even the dreaded Decoit is heard to have become Rishi Valmiki.Who knows that there may have been another version of Swami Vivekanandas writing also?Thus things have to be seen from totality.And the great man who did told half truth due to impelling circumstance had to themselves face hardship.Some died prematurely.See most important thing in the life is seeking the real God even if the Public's of a country call it boring.See what will be the outcome of not praying the real God?As it is going to be the main stumbling block of countries growth.

See rampant corruption use of pesticides in the vegetables and selling mixture of shampoo and refined oil as milk in the Bazar.As devils will have field day in Godless and loveless country.So the new beginning have to be made the new generations must be given freedom of choice.As if the logic and truth is also not accepted then that country have no future.See problem of this country is there is many good argument makers but few sacrifice rs also.And each time we make no progress in Olympic games our head comes down in shame.Thus a great introspection have to be made.

3.Helped the Public's in number of natural disaster occasions like-Nyigam and Nyobum with the help of the CBCNI in Nyigam and RKM in Nyobum.

4.Helped the progressive farmer of Basar through ICAR;made the distribution of 50 Nos. of Ban Raja variety of Hen possible with a officer friend.

5.helped miss Ipi Basar get national recognisation for her bravery in saving an Old lady,

6.Made number of ralley against the price rise and rape and murder of late Bompe Kali

7.Was the first to exhort the Bazar Publics to start the seeling of vegetables in the market.

8.started this blog called http://togobasar.blogspot.com about 4 yrs. ago to help advertise my Place also;and pressurizing against the corrupt practices.

XII.MY OPINION OF LIFE:-

Honestly after loitering hither and tither for help from many Peoples Lord seems to have himself show me this way now to gain others favours.It was in X-mass where I was shown manna in form of fruits in my dream,and feel like this is the outcome;it is time for all to be in positive sides as there is really God, have been proved beyond doubt by many geat man also.See there is pain in carrying the burden of cross but neverthlessly there is blessings with it also.And the showing of purpose to a man in life is also a grace of God.And right now it seems to be reason for appealing for help from you.As I will do what I have with me;the feeling of God with me and hope of more goodness in your heart is what is making me to write this.

And see there is need to play a machivillian politics for the shake of the

unemployed youths who may be in the brink of frustrations here;as I have myself tried to see the poverty to see the poor brothers pain.And some may be thinking Togoji have atleast his rich family members as his last line of defence; so clarification was needed to be made.As I being the Aam admi leader is depending on alms only.See there is desperate need of good ideal in our Society;as only the focus in the contract work seems to have finished of this State.And the foolish outlook that a man with contract work experience will alone help the society have made the same family in powerful A Grade contractorship position.

Some may be hoping probably there grand children also should be secured of this A grade Contractor status also.As this society is it belong to only A grade contractors?Thus this facts needed to be exposed;as after declaration of possibility of the Lok Ayukta Bill also how someone alone can be seen to go with bare chest open. As earlier there was no time limit for solving the corruption cases so the serious peoples did not filed the RTI and PIL.As unless one goes to logical end then there was fear of suspicion from the Publics sides.As here many charlatans have used RTI and PIL as money easy earning source also.

Thus my appeal to all the stake holders why prefering to be in wrong side only for unwillingness to leave your comfort zone as this question is for all and more so to one who is still much younger and dynamic leaders also.As PPA don`t believe in eating ourselves but given chance sharing with others also and honestly there is seen too much monopoly in this State.We hope to bring much more development even from Private Investors.And see as most of our leaders have no godfather so the Publics should get more facility if they win.As those who lie more are seen to be having a more lobby behind them like Shark fish.And it is also possible some rich persons son have good heart also;in that case also they should give us helping hand.

As the Publics also don`t harass the leaders whom they respect more.As the leader who works in office after 5 P.M may be seen as -`DAL MAIN KUCH KALA HAIN`, e,i-there seems to be something fissy.And for a close friend who is my own reflection in many ways ; he need to just realise that I am yet to ask for his Guru Dakshina also;as he himself accept me as his guru.As that friend and his relative himself accepts that he have really benefitted from the English lession I gave to him in College days.

He sometimes jock that like a Chinese kungfu master I may have still not thought him some of the secrets.But sometimes ones own also seems to be impediment;lets see what the future is stored for me.After all I have also certain limitations and even if last time left the dias for some but cannot accept that all will reciprocate also.In the last election though I had heard one great man`s request and stopped my plan to contest also; but did not supported his party as I was not sure of this parties political promise manifesto for Basar town in election.

See sacrifice is not easy I could have become a successful professional man even if I had contested and lost last time and have not sacrificed for others number of time.But accept that last time I gave my unconditional support to my student; he should have contested as within the poor leaders there have to be love and respect also.But he seems to have been bind by his Congress party discipline also and as Congress party ticket was denied to him he quite.And for the winner honestly my not contesting may have been a better gift also;as some thinks we have more or less same support base.And that should be more then indirect help to him from my side also.And thus I supported Smty.Dakter Basar as MLA candidate from TMC ,even if I was sure she was loosing.

As sometimes you have to give no scope to your own clinsman/clan members.

See for God`s shake I request all to take my case very specially above politics also; as I have been made to suffer so much in life- was hurt in childhood,lost my mother,lost my bosom friend,near and dear one`s and see great pain in death time.And if I say bit too much is it not out of love to the Publics?and want them to fear sin and prepare for the reality which will be greatest advise from an unknown person also.As politics is not only procuring power by hoock or crook but get the genuine respect from unknown Peoples also, by seeing all as our own isn`t it?

As Life is politics and mother of all the politics is participating in life changing movements;and doing something which will remind some of you of this in future is the best option to prefer for the time when tomorrow your own time to face

Then the joining of the energetic leader Sri Gumjum Haiderji,and 3 muscetears of the ex-NCP party namely Sri kafa Bengiaji present working President,Sri kalin jerangji and Sri Naksang Tsring have brought fresh energy in the party.As the Hindi poem says-`KARAVAN BARTA GAYA;MANZILEIN PASS ATA GAYA,`The need of hour is mutual respect and trust and if God blesses it will be there.As now there is so much hope from this State Public`S that we are sometimes also fearful.As this are far removed from the older times.This Publics have now waken up and we have to fulfill there aspirations.And seeing by there presence in multitudes in our ralley it seems we have touched there psyche.

As it is possible the top leaders may be also unavailable for election campaign for you; so never ever insult a poorer cadre.As the Public`s want someone else also to campaign for you also and respects the senior cadres more as they have more credibility also.And they have to be respected also as they are still sacrificing for all;as there is something which a visionary and outspoken leader can alone do.And thus the money also need to be spend by a rich leader when there is needed like in election ralley.Mind it most of the senior PPA leaders have decided to work for party and abstain from contest and those who are contesting are also seeing it as a mission work.

The idea of self aggrandizement in PPA Party is less ;see the Publics are much smarter now.Earlier I have been more vocal because there was less leaders with open view as there was too much fear against the ruling party.And today all seems to have wocken up;is it not the God`s victory?See if the aim is for self aggrandizement the Publics will know the boly language of a leader also.But also certain consideration should be also made to the leader if he makes a creative move and is parties asset.As then it is his own creativeness and talent for which others are benefitting but in other matter the leaders should also not poke much like in contract works.As even the Lord

And it is privilege to hear from great man like some senior PPA who are still alive.And for resourceful PPA man also even though self sufficient in term of resource there commitment for a party fighting for poor brothers and sisters of Arunachal Pradesh is phenomenal. See more there is injustice more Lord seems to be blessings to us also.As some seems to have left a horrible legacy of watery grave ensured for all the Publics by rampant signing of MOU in the Hydropower sector.Where even the cabinet decessions was heard to be violated in some places leaving out the name of the local MLA in the contract agreement with the corporate house.We are trying to be super human beings as we really love our Publics and will never see them as mare voters.

As when the leader runs the Publics walk with them;and when leader walk public crawl with them and when leader crawl the public stand still and when leader stand still the Public`s will die.As they are now seen dying in numerous Hospitals this days.Thus there is acute need of great leaders who are fastest developers and as our place is so poor that today God seems to have send all the good leaders in PPA.And as such the Publics are appealed to respect them and forgive there minor mistakes also;as in publics bad time it is few of them who slept hungry with them.

As what some of Congress man here have spread is not patriotism or moral lessions; but the large suitcase filled with money if Gandhi families chopper land in election time.This have increased dependency and corruption all the more.And will it not embolden the neighbor like China to take advantage of this unrest.See there is a national threat perception if there is simultaneous Lokh Sabha election along with the State election in this State.

But will this aspect illiterate and unvisionery Congress leaders will see this.As the infighting of Congress in all the constituency is there to help us even if there is simultaneous election.See it is easy to sit in the air condition room and discuss various means to stop us.But there is now need for doing something drastic and very soon also for them.As we have the benefit of tilting towards NDA or UPA also and as matter of fact a top Congress man was also saying they are also not ready for april election.

And for the business minded leaders of this State there is no more charm in politics anymore this they need to know;and there future can be as said in Hindi-`LENE KA DENE PAR SAKTA HAIN`,e,i-in hope of getting something there may be loosing much more.Even my good friend Tapir Gaoji and Tarun Vijayji may also follow suit by officially accepting what the lower party cadres want to unofficially endorse also; as they are fed up of the scene of the top Congress man joining BJP;and are even ready to support PPA.

As in many place in A.P there is lack of top BJP candidate in coming State election;and thus if BJP gains in Lokh Sabha election also it will be a momentary gain.As everyone now accepts that the main future belong to PPA only.And as for top Congress believers they have to also think now; after all this power and position is momentary and Holy Biblical dictum can not be as easily denounced by a believer also.

As times comes in believers life when he have to show his loyality to divine power;as heaven is not a small thing;and rules are not different for the powerful leaders.And mind it all the common believer also have passed this worst temptations in life like-Job also;as it is not easy to segregate politics from religion.As life is how you try to live righteousness in any circumstances;and the greatest politics ought to have been getting others genuine respect. As non is above God, thy will and human ethics isn`t it?So I appreciated Sr. Gegong Apangji for putting Tango on new team of leaders when he was dethroned.

The local need to realize that we need to understand and remember our past glory;after all we have same Mongolian blood that have made Red Fort and Tajmahal.Thus those critics who say this is impossible to bring political revolution it is time to show it is possible;we are so unique that God love us more.We have to make a congenial situation where tomorrow any child will never feel inferior to rise his view or propose a business or a relation he wants to make in his growing period.See this self respect and confidence is perhaps what our Arunachal is needed more now;as in any case the Govt.money is meager now and only the one doing service is seen to be enjoying.So there have to be pradigrim shift as why rich should become richer and poor

Thus the PPA demands white paper on i)Hydro power & dams,ii)financial status of Govt.iii)law and order iv)Mines and minerals.v)Regarding Private universities.vi)Immediate devaluation of power to Panchayat Institutions and Municipalities.As we have been given no option then to do this as the syndicate of the corrupted mafias seems to have also secretly tried to harm this last hope of Publics in A.P the PPA the local AAP in true sense of term.And thus on 17^th jan 2014 there was a procession demanding this in Itanagar which was majore success.And if it is not complied there is planning to be dharna in capital on the 31^st jan.2014.

Recently one Sri Gojum Nyodu a collegian he touched me when joining the party when he said he is looking at me as calling the others like in new island for settlement.And it may be really good tomorrow;and if the pro Aam admi party of A.P succeds in that case he opinied,some poor man may die out of happiness.He was even appreciating membership fee taken for joining by saying by paying few money he was accepting something marvelous in the future.As in the other party it is other way round.The member filing the membership form has to sign this Pledge:-

5.I do not believe in discrimination based on caste,sex or religion.

7.I undertake to abide by the Constitution ,Rules and Discipline of the party.

As we are ideological committed party and there should be also scope for the rise of honest leaders so this issues are going to be rised more vocally in the coming election.And thus on the above ground the world citizens are accepted to be sympathetic to us.As oh world brothers and sisters how many times we have also cried for your well being.

XII.MY OPINION OF LIFE:-

Honestly after loitering hither and tither for help from many Peoples Lord seems to have himself show me this way now to gain others favors. See for God`s shake I request all to take my case very specially above politics also; as I have been made to suffer so much in life- was hurt in childhood,lost my mother,lost my bosom friend,near and dear one`s and see great pain in death time.And if I say bit too much is it not out of love to the Public's?and want them to fear sin and prepare for the reality which will be greatest advise from an unknown person also.As politics is not only procuring power by hook or crook but get the genuine respect from unknown Peoples also, by seeing all as our own isn`t it?
