The Government dilemma being no clear cut vision to even collect that amount of revenue in future, as it is filled with leaders who can only jump from one party to another only to fill there coffers and fooling Publics that they are belonging from traditionally rich family and Publics are also as of now acknowledging them as traditionally rich Peoples, baba if someone pretend to sleep even in broad day light then who can wake him up? the modern Boka Shurs the Politicians and the Siphons’ of the creamy layers of the COSAAP’s own family members have been eating there share including Thela wala who bring daily quota of food to a Rakshasa named Bokasur as written in Mahabharata. The State is making good name in corruption and getting promotion day after day. Without having a target the future Govt. cannot be expected to do much ; future source of money could be transparent tendering of Mega Projects which seem to be impossible with the sword of demo ogles hanging above the neck of the C.M from Party high command of the National Party and his MLA colleagues to give them more and more and of course Kings own prime motive - Yeh dil mange one more term, that come in kings own personal interest to remain in that coveted seat from were there is no other political post left for promotion , thus unless someone like Anil Kapoor in Nayak film is given chance God only is the owner of this land ; The COSAAP arrear source could be imposition of wealth tax that can be successful if there is permanent CBI office in our State , and other making our State investment friendly that need strong Political will here also honest Person will never be invited by Political Party to do the needful .The Publics need to make a coordinate attack against the redundant leaders as they are themselves the major source of Problem as some old Cows have failed to yield Milk ; need of hour is Obama type leader who can bring a change in Publics thinking and carry the mass with him by starting a neighborhood business as termed by him . The COSAAP can play a major role in this Political revolution of different kind after all vellot rules in democracy and they being elite of the Society they were the ones who should have been not mute spectator to the carnage earlier which made the system so corrupt were Kawa is going Hans Ke Chal.

Today Ruling Govt. Is is seen to shy from transferring the service man on normal way in the fear of facing the united COSAAP this was earlier the modus operendi to flex the ruling Government’s muscle,but those who are not sincere to there service and only ask for there right should also better change for the shake of COSAAP’s own interest as today the Public sympathy is also needed. The Political will can be shown by Govt. by inviting the honest politicians who can bring a revolutionary thought like Obama who can effectively advocates for bringing a practical solution to address this vex issue by imposing wealth tax on the rich, transparency in allotting tender works in major Investment and making the State Investment friendly and one having political will and guts and goes to any extent to do what he wants , one who follows what he says in letter and spirit like Obama who is recently seen to order for missile attack inside Pakisthan itself as promised in election . We should remember that to get something we must sacrifice also , we must prefer the State Publics to go for the hard way as the National Political Parties whom we tend to beg are themselves fed up of the Arunachal Political Parties which are like jumping frogs difficult to measure .And of course who knows PM package and other Central grants etc. may be going back to the Party high commands and observer to purchase party tickets during election and we are responsible for our own debacle so this time it is time for self introspection of all the Citizens of the State.

A few great Peoples who have ill reputation of bribing others to toe there view have earlier motivate the Peoples towards lust and carnal desire for money to an unproportion hights making the majority Peoples to wait for election only , hope the coming election will be not that expensive for honest leaders, who are not as ill reputed as earlier leaders who were known for there excesses in there hey days when they gave a damn to any body, in the contrary the young face are expected to get sympathy, specially when today it has become impossible for senior leaders to controll such a large population specially through money alone and limited fund and the Acts like Right to Information Act making it impossible to make any further gaflas .The coming election is expected to be a waterloo for the Leaders who have earned disproportionate money through corruption alone and have the audicity to advice the poor Publics . Who knows Publics may be eveready to empty them of there richness as they have increasingly realised that those crooks have earned richness by laying hands on there share ; by letting the Poors to do MLA lad work in there name and taking the profits giving meagre profit to Poor Publics so if later there is enquiry regarding the non execution of work also ultimately Poor Publics will be the Victims . This time things are also expected to go in favour of the Honest leaders, because of the reason that the Publics are also fed up of the corruption and bribery specially in job sectors as there Childrens even the meritous once life are in jeopardy, now this is too much enough is enough is what all the parents must be thinking and definitely Old leaderships cannot shrug away from this responsibility after all they are the once who were in height of power once and have aggravated this to a gigantic proportion and as they were master manipulator themselves they are seen to lost the moral authority to control this. So today the Old timers like Laloo Yadav and Mulayam Singhs have been shown the exit door for good due to the watchful eye of the General publics, besides the the judicial activism of the Supreme court and the taughness of the Election commissioner has made there life more miserable as earlier they were doubted to even manipulate the Vellot Box .

The unemployment has reached a gigantic proportion and Youths are ready to go the Robinhoods way.
The most potent reason why earlier Publics used to take money from leaders was that they used to be feared and they were seen as unturstworthy for they were No, 1 crooks in comparison to Late Tomo Ribaji and Bakin pertinji, and besides out of fear they could not do anything to show there anger than to part away with some of there earning, now the time has come for Jaisi karni Waisi Bharni, as I had predicted long time back that some leaders are poised to become like Devananda spending all there ill gotten money to maintain there stardom , earlier they never knew where from so much wealth came from and probably will never know were it has all gone as well; if they have hurt so many peoples they deserve to suffer after all so much public money was wasted that could have made our Arunachal as Switzerland, so in coming days no amount of even Swiss bank connection can save Old leaders who try to be New wine in an Old bottle; only Publics had to be aware of fake currency and there great breach of trust forwhich they definitely need to be cheated as well is what majority Publics are thinking .Gone are the days when Pt. Jawaharlal sacrificed his Legal Profession to choose Political carrear, today Politics is filled with crooks so why mercy on them is what the general feeling which is definitely a point to ponder for the relatives of the power crazy and obsessed senior leaders as the ground is fertile for another Freedom movement this time though fight is with our own Peoples. And as such ground is fertile for making of a honest opposition leader after all what ever little development happened were due to the active participation of Opposition leaders like Late Tomo Ribaji and Bakin pertinji we need to salute them as a ideal for evolution of future leaders who can check and balance the entire system .

Recently when I went to submit an article on COSAAP and other controvercial articles , I received an empathetic no reply from the editor of Echo ; he later wrote a personal latter to me citing his inability on the ground that the articles were too good and controvercial which may attract the rowdies. In that matter our Yomgo Calling of West Siang Dist Arunachal Pradesh is more good and our Galo Society is far more better for its readiness to accept any controvercial issue. It seems the establishment have fed the journalists like anything which have made them tools for saying those things which there masters wants to hear alone or have threatened them with dire consequence if they don’t toe there line .
If the moral concience voice risers are themselves such corrupted then what to say about others ; and need not to say why they are not flourishing as the media because they are not giving what Publics wants to hear ; today media are controlled by someone or others who are so powerful and are allegly having nexus with the ultras also . So if really someone not releases article on controvercial matters exposing the corruption of the higher ups than things are not suppose to change for this man with real guts as editor is needed like our Editor madam Smty. Hoksum Ori of Yomgo Calling who deserve to be given Governors award . While the world is envieng the prodigal son of the soil Sri Moji Riba / Pakku who is from the Dari Village of Basar circle of west Siang District Arunachal pradesh for recently he have been awarded Rolex award for best documentary Director but few knows the pain and tribulation the hero has gone through in his life , his father Legendary Tomo Riba went through wort ordeal in life for the shake of Poor Publics and it seems God has ultimately blessed the family today he deserved to be cynosure of one and all Arunachalee and surely he must be acknowledged by all as he has earned his respect. Like father like son the guy Moji was destined to be great , the family has gone through worst hardship in life in his childhood days and that seems to have made him like the rock of Gibralter filling him with never say die attitude his teyst with the destiny begined with a local Galo movie called , ‘ Ane Ge Nyode ,’ and later , ` Between God and me ,’ which give him first recognisation . The family and friends have more expectation from him and surely he won’t fail us that is our prayer from all the ex- PPA members which is like his second family .
The young generation need to get tremendous inspiration from him , who has shown that sky is the limit if hard work and persiverence is put into any work. Today the young generation should not only pin there hope on Govt. job . In this global world there is absolutely no dearth of recognisation if one show real interest in whatever he does besides merit alone counts there . Like Japanese Film Director Akira Kurusevas movie like Five Samuries etc. his unique presentation of the subject may soon catapolt him in the big league because today the Bollywood is also now ready to accept unique movie like ,` Last of the Mohicans ,’ a Hollywood movie made on American Tribal Red Indian Peoples . while it will be real difficult for the North Eastern chaps to be accepted as Bollywood actor but in Direction field he may soon be in majore league like Subash Ghai etc.the rumour has it that Mr. Perfectionist Sri Amir Khan is in touch with him . The credit for his success also goes to her mother Smty Minoti Riba who seems to have inspired her against all the odds . Her Sister Smty. Moni Tsring who is an ADC , brother Mori Riba ( Bussiness man ) , Modon Riba ( Teacher ) and little sister Smty. Popsi Gamlin can be also no less responsible for his success as I have seen them closely through all the ups and down and how they use to support each others and last but not the least off course Nyanya Pakkus wonderful wife , the couple represent a perfect symphony of two Society Minyong and Galo’s better we learn from there fusion. In other Holy Books also there are certain portions which are not made accessible to small Childrens as they are not in a position to understand its critical meaning ; therefore this teachings are kept away from small Childrens like Reveleation Chapter in Holy Bible. The Holy Books have divine meanings , therefore its interpretation is difficult , plus who knows some points may have been written seeing the peculier situations at that point of time. In Holy Quran if the Muslims were exhorted to fight agaisnt the Idol worhippers and infidels because may be at that time they were like Rakshasas , today many Idol worshippers have proved to be better in terms of Social peace because . This time in fact the leaders owe lot many things to the Poor Publics who have great many expectations from there leaders as suddenly issue like unemployment and price rice have demoralised the publics . This time Leaders are expected to conduct free and fair election without the misuse of the State machinery and the active participation of underground outfits as they have already spoiled Tirap and Changlang District for there vested interest . It is very heartening to know that some of our leaders have covert nexus with the Lord of the Jungles . The brutal honesty can be shown by accepting the result modestly as excesive involvement of money will not only spoil the State voters but it will also finish themselves in the long run , this time many senior whimsical leaders may become bankcrupt as the things are not like earlier ; today Publics are judging instead of being judged earlier.
Earlier Some senior leaders who were not fit to be even 2nd class officers where elevated as M.L.A., kudos to the Apangjis popularity and whimsicalness and extent to which he made his sychopants happy by elevating many tom dick and harries which later on proved his own nemesis; may be this time lots of his products will themselves see there own fall now that they can’t blame other , good thing is today some of the small chaps who are more ideologically committed who knows nitty grity of Politics due to there openess knows to play isue based politics , they knows how to use the media, are more knowledgable than senior redudant leaders laking creative idea. Things have taken U turn today unlike earlier when Apangji made easy prey of late Tomo Ribaji and Bakin Pertinji more older leaders but he also become helpless in the face of Delhi university greduated Sri Jarbom Gamlinji Hon’ble Home Minister who though is rumoured to be notoriously difficult to meet in odd hour other than his office where atleast he is regular whenever he is in Itanagar : But he is seen to manage the show during elections may be kudos goes to batteries of his Pocker Partners , class mates and matrimonial alliances . And like him some of the smart chaps who are supposingly contesting this time are also from not only rich but from good family back ground and there family connections power have been proved in earlier Panchayat elections were rulling have meant nothing for them. Today Publics are realising that money alone does not matter , it is this rare combinations of this qualities which make the candidates deadly. Today though Peoples are greedy but recent Panchayat election in places like Basar have shown that they are also fed up of the corruption as only the rich and powerful are flourihing – jobs going to the son of the rich man , contract work confined to the registered contractors and with the ongoing COSAAP strike who were earlier blind followers of the Govt. things are difficult to predict this time and above all with the establishment of the
Court , coming of the media and latest technology like Movile days of uncordinated revolution is gone, the good Peoples who were always in majority earlier are united like never before. In this situation many senior Politician will think thousand times before contesting as money has become difficult to earn due to RTI and aware Publics . Today there is all the chance that the money will go waste and many senior Politicians may ultimately end up in Tejpur rather than the assembly if there is election, as Publics wants to punish them for spoiling the whole system where only rich and powerfuls are getting jobs and other benefits at the cost of Poor mans and they are seen to have enjoyed for long .

THE SIANG DARSHAN
The small version of Brahmaputra darshan Siang Darshan has finally arrived with a big bang and it should grow ever and and ever like Kumbh Mela as for the first time Govt. has tried to do something substantial. This year ofcourse the management failed to make nice promos of the grand show so the little crowd was acceptable but in long run if it is going to be celebrated in a particular date than its success is granted; the galo Peoples are very friendly towards the Tourists and the unique culture and tradition of the People will ensure the Foreigners to regularly flow inside. We have to learn something from other Countries and States who have excelled in this field like in Sikkim the Students who goes to the outside for further studies are encouraged to promote the Tourism by wearing the T- Shirt having the logo of Sikkim and letter saying, Welcome to Sikkim, which all the Sikkimism Students jelously wears as they know the value of Tourism in Sikkim.

The Poaching of Elephant
Something has to be done soon to stop the poaching of elephant as it is said to be done with impunity in some place in Basar and Likabali area, so much so that there is no more elephant with trunk it is heard as the one with the trunk is said to live separately from there group or break it themselves for the fear of jeopardizing the interest of the whole group. The earlier Peoples used to revered the elephant and fear it for killing it as it used to be highly costly affairs as the local pooja has to be done to pacify the Unidentified Living Object (ULO) but today’s Peoples may eat the devil itself if it is found and Elephant meat is no exception; devil has finally got its match . The Villagers has said to relish the meat of the Elephants killed by the Poachers. The Elephants are now compelled to live in a state of fear in the hilly areas were they are seen watching the Villagers secretly so the Villagers who have to go to jungle there life is also at risk .The elephants are also seen to target the fields and damage the crops most noticeably in Kamdak and Taba area of Basar of West Siang District. Arunachal Pradesh were the Farmers are at present living from there hand to mouth. The Government needs to immediately do something regarding it before the hungry Peoples take the law in there own hand and finish of rest of the Mammals. The Government can put solar fencing in those most damage prone area and if necessary officially permit the catching of Elephant calves as a mode of self sustenance as it is very costly in places like Kerela ; may be it will be possible to catch elephants with the help of the syringe by making them temporary unconscious but professional experts will be needed. As the Kamdak Taba Villagers are really suffering like anything therefore Govt. should create an alternative mode for there self sustinence.

This has to be the days of atonement for the peoples of the Country as number of prediction by the spiritual and Scientists lead to the doom of the planet earth due to Global warming and as NASA visualize that Sun is reaching it maximum condition which happens after every ten thousand years which may fall on Circa 2012 which is only 4 Yrs from now, may be Gods wrath is falling on the earth like in Noah’s days. Today corruption has become universal and accepted fact but some thing ought to be done also for the cause of poor and downtrodden. Politics have become only art of staying in power ; time has come to give chance to new faces ; old leadership has failed us, as they had so much power that they could have changed the scenario, plus they had ample opportunity to do so; but it seems they were busy minting money for themselves and there progenies . Today no amount of crocodiles tears will remove some of the Old Veterans sins who seems to have been busy siphoning of the creamy layers of the Central and State funds to quench their never ending lust so much so that honest leaders are seen as worthless and unachievers. The coming days are going to be turbulent in some places, specially were there is no introspection of the highest order as the underground elements who are supposed to be the gift of the senior leaders will be danger to there own master. Today Publics are living in a make believe world a fools paradise specially the rich ones who are unaware of the lurking dangerous situation that is awaiting Society due to them as they have Jeopardized the security of whole Society by promoting anti Social elements for there own need .

The greatest corruption to me is acknowledging the corrupted person as it has helped to increase it manifold. Company. The blame is always made to the Publics but fact is that some has made fortune at the cost of the Publics and so they are ready to risk to become the king of the State after all when will this ill gotten money used if not today? May God give us Getem as soon as possible and hope his searching doesn’t end up as tough as ,` Saving Private Ryan ,’ as shown in Hollywood Blockbuster .It is the earnest request to all the concern that Getem Apang son of Sri Gegong Apang need utmost prayer support to God as he is a great Guy and right now in worst personal crisis. As whatever may critics say , his father’s role in shaping the Arunachal destination cannot be denied and during his period he benefited somebody or other and even most of the present leadership is in one way or other favored by him ,therefore prayer support is expected from all the nook and corner of the State. THE PROSPECT OF PPA
Today when the Govt. has miserably failed us PPA is the best option, accepted that present regime has tried to do something but it is not enough as it was a mare step to humiliate Apang, which is of no concern to us after all Senior Leaders are like old wine in new bottle ; definitely interest of the State is our priority number one we cannot afford to witness large scale corruption to satire the never ending need of Party Obserbers of National parties at the States expense , gone is the days of AC Party playing mokery of regionalism which was like spoiled Child adopted by than Chief Minister Gegong Apang after he had already aborted the PPA.Today when the State Politicians have polluted the Congress and BJP beyond repair PPA is only party which can get identified by the common masses as it has witstand the worst reppreson and have reborn against the odds. Earlier PPA had some basic problems as most of the Officers at that time were non tribals who were sceptical of regional party, coupled with the extraordinary power given to the Lt.governor K.A Raja who was a known PPA enemy its death was natural . Another thing was earlier wrath of ruling Govt . was too much to bear for the poor and illeterate opposition who were often left in lurches . The brutal murder of two sisters in the vicinity of Akash Deep is highly condemnable as per what People say may be God have even cried that day on 13th June 2008 and send unprecedentant natural disaster next day , the accuse who seems to be a Psychopatic maniac even did not spared the dead body of the victim and mutiliated it in most inhuman manner , he did not even stop after commiting rape or assualt ;the Government should immediately give this case to CBI and take action against the culprits and those who were behind it and even if Powerful Peoples were involved they should not be pardoned ; Jack the Ripper that son of the Bitch must be cought and molested the same way by the police as he did to two Lama Sisters this is common thinking doing the round. Had it not been against legal procedure my wife says the accuse should be done same thing in the vicinity of Akash Deep ; he should be cut bit by bit and if Government makes it open my wife like many others want to personally go down to Itanagar to give devil his own dues. This case will definately come under rarest of rare case and the culprit must be given capital punishment ; had this been in other place it would have been a Breaking news like Nitish Katara murder case etc. But unfortunately for our State the news like this is soon forgotten, thus the murderer must be cought immediately so that the Publics have once again faith in Judiciary .

The recently constituted Tani Forrum which was started by some Intillectuals of the Abo Tani descendents on the 16thjune 2007 in a Hotel in Lakhimpur Assam is a very noble beginning for the Tani Descendents who are living a lonely and a forgotten life entangled in worst transition crisis of there life fighting against there own clan members ,thus for overall development of the Peoples this jeolosy and hatred is to be removed it was felt by majority present and like Nagas who are only identified as a single entity the Abo Tani descendents who are at present fragmented into many parts are needed to have a common identity so that it was more vibrant and valued in the Indian sub continent. It was that felt necessary to rise above our inferiority complexion and call ourselves the sons of Tanis outside the State as well. The constructive communalism was inabitable and a Social necessity it was felt, but it has to be non political for in it will lie its success mantra the majority opined. The majority speakers felt the need for a constructive Communalism as other Communities are also having this sort of organisations. That is inspite of so many similarities some anti Social elements are maligning the image of the whole Society that was regretted; the Society is committed to bring a uniform fine and punishment for crime commited as lately it is seen that some anti Social elements are vititating the atmosphere by harrassing other clans members in small matters as well , the other need has been felt to do something towards increasing Tourism in Abo tani belt which has a vast potentialities, fighting against imposition of Sanskrit in Tani belt and immidiate implimentation of the uniform Tani Scripts, fighting against bandh calls in Assam and peaceful solution of the boundary disputes and improving the status of the Mishings the descendents of the Tani Aaos in Assam who have migrated from Arunachal Pradesh long time who are biologically and culturally part and partial of our society and in whose benefit is our benefit .

The injustice was felt by us when we attended the subroto Mukherjee Cup final against the Madhyam Gram in Delhi in the Year 1988 were three of our beteran footballers were removed on pretex of over age of the players in Semi Final stage, this was a plot, by and by; as most of the Organisers were Bengalis like K.K Ganguly Wing Commander [ Retd.] Honorary Secretary General and definitely wanted there Bengal to win the Football by hook or crook. At that time unfortunately Human right was not as vocal as today nor we had strong lobby in Delhi or this injustice could have been fought tooth and nail; we tried to protest as the removal of Jumli Ete, Mardo Ninu and Gumba Padu who were backbone of the team was definitely going to effect us but to no result; so much injustice were done to us as even Players smaller to most of our players were allowed to play. God alone knows how much amount of pain was put into our preparation, today also when we see the ground in R.K.M we remember with a nostalgia that this was the ground were we played, were we swet and smelled the mud of the ground; time was so different than ; that kick we felt when we wored the jersy of the R.K.M. being the part of the Unbeatable team of the State we felt the greatest kick of our life; we miss that adrenelin showering in our body when we had the chance to play in the Ambedkar Stadium which was the dream come through. Today also the players of the team have a special feeling for eash other. I am writing this because let there be no such injustice in the future that too in national level in the capital of Delhi as the North east guys are not inferior to any one and as it was later amply proved by Mizoram School winning the football after us. If this article are being read by the person who had orchested this evil plan let them come forward and apolige as it is a great shame for whole Bengali Community to win by default and deceit that day Madhyam Gram Higher Secondery School won the match against Arunachal pradesh but Bengal lost.
What is hampering the development

Things is expected to go in favour of the Honest leaders also because of the reason that the Publics are also fed up of the corruption and bribery specially in job sectors as there Childrens even the meritous once life are in jeopardy now this is too much enough is enough is what all the parents must be thinking and definitely Old leaderships cannot shrug away from this responsibility after all they are the once who were in height of power once and have aggravated this to an gigantic proportion and as they were master manipulator themselves they lost the moral authority to control this. Whatever may be the fact, earlier leaders had tested the nector of the life and had a field day enjoing the life like a young man never to retire lucky man born at a time when others were so foolish fighting among themselves easy to divide and rule, for the present leadership things will be never same again as today the media have become very strong. So today the Old timers like Laloo Yadav and Mulayam Singhs have been shown the exit door for good due to the watchful eye of the General publics, besides the the judicial activism of the Supreme court and the taughness of the Election commissioner has made there life more miserable as earlier they were doubted to even manipulate the Vellot Box .In Arunachal also things are expected to be taugh for leaders who have been elected earlier only because of money and muscle powers as the Peoples have increasingly realised that they have made Bussiness out of Politics and use to gubble up even the M.L.A and other funds contrary to the common belief that they were giving ; they have leaft nothing for the aspiring contractors and above all failed to make a perrenial source of earning for the general Publics and are a total misfit being not well read and lacking creative mind to usher in a revolution , only duping Publics with promise of future benefits and money which will hardly go in the hand of some few loyalists who don’t have a command in Society. The unemployment has reached to a gigantic proportion and they are about to blast like a bomb ready to go the Robinhoods way.

THE ROAD TO PERDITION
I believe in sorting out a solution rather than discussing the problem though that used to be me usually. Not any more, this days , I have also become one of the ethopian intellectuals . But to my hearts content I have tried atleast , that is the consolation , honestly no self trade- fearing . Meanwhile let me give another dose of an success formula which probably my good readers will flash down the article in toilet like always . In our Democratic set up it is well neigh impossible to have a single window clearence system of investment opportunity as we have in China . However if our State is in a state of a dead man walking as Jombie those in Africa than what to day. State has failed us in having a coordinated approach to development as the Leaders and Beuroctes are more engrossed in there own interest rather than the States interest if we have a single genuine leader who spearhead the development in war foothing than things definitely stand to change . The Ram Setu episode once more shows the desperation of the Political Parties specially the Hindu Fundamentalists in the VHP and RSS who wants to hack up any issue for the sake of hacking to stay in the limelight and nothing more can be also expected from desperados who have realised the futility of hacking up of Ayodhya issues as they have entangled themselves between Deep Sea and Devil as no National Political Party will like to part with the Muslim Votes and also play dangerous games with with there own life as ISI and Dawood Ibrahim Company have effectively shown that they can go to any extent to punish the backlash against the Muslims.
This Ram Setu episode is a sinister move of politicalisation of yet another issue which is a political creation of mountain out of mole hole, both by the Ramwads and the Adamites as the whole thing is getting political colour ; as per the version of Secularists there is a hidden agenda, this move to name the Bridge after Ram which is mythologically supposed to be used by the Rams Vanar sena to Blitzkriez lankans, this is nothing but glorification of there forefather Ram vis a vis the Aryan community by them who takes themselves to be of a superior race and owner of the India. But the so called Secularists those who are blaming against the Manuwadis for all sorts of mayhem in history like – Ramayan, mahabharat ,1st and 2nd World War want to this Bridge to be named after Adam who was Biblically the forefather of the mankind but they also seem to negate the existence of the Rama but definitely there must have been also some historical fact about Rama when many things have been said and written about him; after all Hanuman has said to be rested in between the rocks which shows that there must have been supporting small Islands to make the Bridge but theory that Hanuman made a direct jump to Lanka, the theory which is seems to be of later exegration has harmed there own claim as some scientists claim that it is impossible to make a direct Bridge in this gulf ; the inferiority complexion of the Hindus who have always fear sychosis created by the Brahmins against the never ending increase of other religion is all evident. As the writings of Tulsidasa is still fresh in there mind, who seems to have brainwashed there mind that Ram was the only forefather of the Aryans and generation of this doctrines made Hindus to challenge the scientific and logical Christian doctrines that the Adam was the common forefather of the mankind coupled with the origin of species theory and the tracing back of the common farefather through there DNA. The power of mind if used nicely can do wonder for our Peoples , the way Japanese and Chinese have dominated the World market; afterall we have the same Mongolian ancestors as Chinese and japanese but the problem seems to be that we are totally confused and have lost our foccuss rarely master piece like Ane Ge Nyode is made which ought to have been a common affairs. Now the problem with our folks may be is that we want to do many things at a time that may be bassically due to bad motivation and guidance and also in this transition period too many options have tempted us to explore many avenues at same time. I remember a japanese who came to study Sanskrit in India and was concerned only with Sanskrit so much so that he used to eat sleep and drink only sanskrit what extra ordinary foccuss man. Brucelee once said if one with a weaker body has a stroonger foccuss than he can beat a stronger man.

The Pathetic Condition of Sportsman in Arunachal Pradesh
The condition of Sports man in our State is very pathetic, the Politicians who have no Sporting carrier and love for sports have really failed to inspire the masses in the field of Sports as a Carrier oppurtunity.The health is the most vital agenda of the People, as our mortality rate is very less . Neverthless some old folks like present Honourable Chief Minister Sri Dorzee kanduji , Ex- Chief Minister sri Mukut Mithiji and some Chief Engineers and senior officers are praiseworthy atleast in one regards for being regular players of Badminton and indirectly at least encouraging the Publics to do so. But it is
yet to be seen if they respect the Sports- man in there personal life like Sri Gumpe Rime the Guy who was the first Professional footballer still playing in first Division League football match in Indian levels in reputed national clubs.
The Guys who have swet there blood for the name of the State like Gumpe Rime should be honoured in the State by giving them a decent job so that the other sports man get inspiration from them. He has a great sporting carrier being the first professional player who played in reputed club like Mahindra and Mahindra, who has to his credit the cap of getting gold medal in National games in football for the State of Maharashtra, he is the only player to become ex- Captain of Assam State footbal team, also ex- Maharashtra State Football team captain and presently Captain of the karnataka State Football team and till now playing with the Hindustan Aeronatics Ltd club. He was also given Arunachal pradesh Governors Gold medal award for his extraordinary performance in sports. But it is very surprise to learn that one earlier Sports Minister of Our State refused to even have audience with him . If many Tom Dick and Herries have been given job why not his experienced local Boy be not used for our State interest, in other States the certificate of Bachelor in Sports Education is not at all the criteria for appointment as Sports Officer, even class X pass students who have excelled in there field are given Sports Officers post ; it is surperising why a Class XII pass professional player like Gumpe is not invited in the State.It is pertinent to mention that in one UPSC conducted examination for the post of the Assistant director of the Sports the qualification needed was class X pass.Therefore the Govt. should relax the recruitment rule in special case specially if the Guy has swet too much for the State. If the Govt. is sincere it can create other post as in other States the Sports Hostel are run by the State Government unlike in our State which is under SAI thus new post can be created like Sports Hostel Incharge, similarly Sports Acedemy Incharge, Football Development
Officer or Coaching department Incharge as it is prevelant in other States.
Think what will happen if all the hungry and frustrated Youths suddenly starts to cry for there right oneday, atleast for now they are busy diverting there frustration in the football grounds ; our previous leaders have only done short time gain work and lacked the vision to lead the Society for future and did nothing for the future generation most of the Unemployed youths are in lurches and there frustration is genuine as in all the enterpreunership only the relatives of the
M.L.A and Ministers alone prospers. As we are sitting on a time bomb which might burst any time , Let us learn from Manipur experience which is going through worst type of transition period yet able to face it due to discipline they learn from Sports . In Manipur jobs are said to be secured for the Sports man -First priority to the medalist in International arena, than in National than in State level; but what can be expected of the state like ours were the rich are secured of jobs for there Childrens by even buying the Sports quota
Deprieving the deserving ones of there bread and butter only misleading and showing greed to the Publics only during election time and making the state a fertile ground for the Terrorists to play the game of different kinds where they and every one will suffer one day.

But it is very surprise to learn that one earlier Sports Minister of Our State refused to even have audience with him . If many Tom Dick and Herries have been given job why not his experienced local Boy be not used for our State interest, in other States the certificate of Bachelor in Sports Education is not at all the criteria for appointment as Sports Officer, even class X pass students who have excelled in there field are given Sports Officers post ; it is surperising why a Class XII pass professional player like Gumpe is not invited in the State.It is pertinent to mention that in one UPSC conducted examination for the post of the Assistant director of the Sports the qualification needed was class X pass.Therefore the Govt. should relax the recruitment rule in special case specially if the Guy has swet too much for the State. If the Govt. is sincere it can create other post as in other States the Sports Hostel are run by the State Government unlike in our State which is under SAI thus new post can be created like Sports Hostel Incharge, similarly Sports Acedemy Incharge, Football Development
Officer or Coaching department Incharge as it is prevelant in other States.
Think what will happen if all the hungry and frustrated Youths suddenly starts to cry for there right oneday, atleast for now they are busy diverting there frustration in the football grounds ; our previous leaders have only done short time gain work and lacked the vision to lead the Society for future and did nothing for the future generation most of the Unemployed youths are in lurches and there frustration is genuine as in all the enterpreunership only the relatives of the
M.L.A and Ministers alone prospers. As we are sitting on a time bomb which might burst any time , Let us learn from Manipur experience which is going through worst type of transition period yet able to face it due to discipline they learn from Sports . In Manipur jobs are said to be secured for the Sports man -First priority to the medalist in International arena, than in National than in State level; but what can be expected of the state like ours were the rich are secured of jobs for there Childrens by even buying the Sports quota
Deprieving the deserving ones of there bread and butter only misleading and showing greed to the Publics only during election time and making the state a fertile ground for the Terrorists to play the game of different kinds where they and every one will suffer one day.

THE ENEMY AT THE GATE
The boundery dispute between the Arunachal and the Assam State have become like clash between the PLO and Israel, only the good thing about the later is the peace brokered by the George W.Bush in the form of drafting a road of map , will this Uncle Sam role be played by Smty. Sonia Gandhi who is the Dejure ruler of the Congress Party and as such like mother to both. Lately Assam has found a escape Goat in our State as the Mizos , Meghalayan and Nagas have become hard nut to crake due to there undiluting unity when enemy is at the Gate. This is also possible due to election of high quality leaders based on there unblemish records. Enough is enough with the chalega attitude of the Govt. it should immidiately complete Independent construction of road communication, criss-crossing all the State territory avoiding its dependency on Assam and start construction of a Natioanal Airport anywhere in Arunachal which is centrally located if there is a dart of land in Itanagar.
My utmost sympathy goes to our Galos in particular and Arunachalees in generally who are facing untold misery in the foothill areas. The tough tactics played by Naga regiment have said to thwart many of Assams nefarious design, after all even if they have many more regiment but due to the internal turmoil faced by the State it is really doubtful weather they can really regroup at the coast of there own internal security this seems to be taken advantage by Nagas. Our IRBN should learn a lesson from there Naga counter part, because in peace time the said force are ill reputed for there harrasment of publics while cooperating with the assam police as it is alleged by Foothill Peoples during actual time of action. But than the politicians are also responsible for not giving IRBN a free hand and giving a beffiting reply to the big brother in all the front it is learned . As the claim of the Assam Govt. over area Kanku circle as disputed is unacceptable in the view of the Hilly nature of the area as the Assam Peoples usually say that hilly area belong to the Arunachalees and Parliament question and answer in lok Sabha in UNSTARRED QUESTION No.4611 by Sri D.Erring on the question of the boundery dispute between the people of NEFA and Assam asked to the Hon’ble Prime Minister Sri Jawaharlal Nehru who was also Minister of External Affairs at the time who answered in 5th May 1961 on the question of (a) Weather the Govt. are aware that there has been a Boundery dispute between the People of NEFA and Assam ? and (b) if , so weather the Govt. have appointed some Committee to enquire about the matter and to demarcate the boundery ? The answer by the Jawaharlal Nehru :- The people inhaviting a large part of the Siang Frontier division of NEFA are known as Adis there are some Adi Villages in Lakhimpur District of Assam also. When the physical demarcation of the Innerline was taken in hand in this area some time age , the Villages in Assam represented that the
Line around should be revised to include them in NEFA . One Adi Village from NEFA represented that it is right over some cultivable outside the Innerline in / Assam should be safeguarded . A meeting of senior official from assam and NEFA was held in Shillong to discuss the problems . the political officer of the Siang Frontier Division and the deputy Commissioner of the lakhimpur District jointly toured the areas . It was not considered to appoint a committee to enquire into the matter . the Assam Govt. are understood to have decided to extent the same previliges as are enjoyed by the people in the transferred areas to the Adi Villages under there jurisdiction. They have also confirmed that the right of the Adi Village from NEFA possessing cultivable land in Assam will not be effected any where by the demarcation of the Innerliner. And Officer each from the assam and NEFA has been disputed to remain in the area to settle the differences on the spot till demarcation is completed. However today the Assamese compelling the local Arunachalees to register there patta in Lakhimpur is completely against the vision of the architecture of the country. We must respect the Gandhian way, but it thus not mean exposing our torso . The Govt. should engage battery of Lawyers if necessary . The People of Arunachal specially those in Foothill area have to also overcome there inferiority complexion and join the National mainstram so that outsider thus not take undue advantage of there simplicity. Meanwhile the Assam should realise the unique brotherlee relationship with Arunachal Pradesh via People like Bhupen Hazarika etc .And also that the State have maximum number of Assamese employed than other State the matrimonial and traditional ties apart . I am personally looking forward to Mr. Home Minister Sri jarbom Gamlinji with great expectation, who can be a good ambassador of Arunachal and Assam fraternity , mutual understanding and cooperation as he is in the position to inititiate this good samaritan work. Hope this time a permenant policy to the vexed boundery dispute will be resolved to the benefit of both the neighbouring State, as this golden opportunity will never be find again in the atmosphere of the mutual comaderie previling both the State being ruled by Congress-I Party .
