Eating Habits of Arunachal Pradesh

For the outsiders the Tribal tests will be unique and funny as the taste are quite different and peculiar to the outside Peoples but nevertheless Tribal’s love it for example we like to take decomposed Soya Bean, Bamboo soot and even meat earlier, even some insects which test pungent like acid are not pardoned as the locals have adjusted with its taste. The Refugee Problem in Arunachal Pradesh
When it come to refugee problem in Arunachal Pradesh there is near unanimity irrespective of religion or any class background that there should be no refugee it is natural as even the Budhist Country will never tolerate a outside refugee influx; so much to the extent that even some Youths are also ready to resort to violence, however the time has also come to find a way out from this stalemate as we cannot let this issue getting Political colors were the Leaders will be seen to make the Youth as cannon fodders in the alter of there Political ambition. Today the thing Arunachal need most is investment, thus there must be a Communal harmony and the outsiders should be used the way some Tibetans and Deories are contributing positively to our Society as they are seen to oblige to India for the hospitable treatment they were given and are ready to shift the day there is a truce between His Highness and Chinese Govt.The natives of the Bomdilla and Tawang barring the Nepalis settled in Tenga Velley areas are integral part of the Arunachal Pradesh as even if there forfathers were Tibettians they have come to India with a precious land however this cannot be said same of the recently arrived Tibbetians who are still loyal to His Highness Dalai Lama only and his views. The Chakmas and Hajongs must realize the futility of staying in Arunachal Pradesh as it will be like waiting for Go dot, as the Supreme Court has not categorically given a judgment in there favor in case of wanting to settle in Arunachal Pradesh as even if the corporate house are against so much power given to the tribal Peoples S.C will never remove the Assam Frontier Act for strategic national interest and Bengal Act inside it which forbade even the Indians other than the Arunachalees to purchase land in Arunachal Pradesh and settle there cine die and thus by there hacking up of this issue time and again, they might lost there valuable chance of gradually integrate with the Indian masses as they could still well settle outside Arunachal Pradesh were they were originally shown land as today the judicial activism has reached such an extent that in case of review petition S.C may give a landmark judgment though from Humanitarian point of view we have lots of sympathy for the Chakma and Hajongs who even if were Christian or Doni-Poloist would have been not tolerated not at least now when it is a big issue however nothing can be said about future when it may cease to be an issue also as today many controversial things have been decided by referendum .Therefore it will be best for them if they move to greener pasture like Assam etc. were probably they will ultimately better chance of victory upon this issue if they longed for a permanent place and as they have been originally rehabilitee in Bihar I suppose they should not face any legal problem, it is surprising why they even migrated from Lord Buddha’s place I,e- Bihar were they were rehabilated ; they cannot now bent there frustration of there ill treatment by Bangladeshis on a good host which is bearing them all this days, there own leader is to be blamed for accepting Pakistan instead of India they should have voted for India in day one may be they had also story to say but unless a blood is shed history doesn’t recognize it ; however on Humanitarian ground it is also time for India to fight for the cause of Chakmas and Hajongs right in Banagladesh those who want to go back there; the way it has successfully rehabilate the Indians driven out by Idi Amin in Uganda..Because the country already fed uf of Bangladeshi infiltrators cannot afford to permanently accept the Chakmas and Hajongs now that there is a near unanimity between all the Political Parties above the religion and class that there should be a strong immigration laws or the Country will be no were as today every Indian City is feeling the pinch of the attack of the Bangladeshis speaking funny languages in there Kasvas and Mohallas to stop it Chakma and Hajong must be refused that is common perception of the Nationalists who think for national interests, if we conceal there demand of settling them in Arunachal Pradesh than we will be compelled to do so to others as well as tribal innerline permit system is defending the Nation for sometime from avalanche of refugees . In this aspects even Buddhist C.M is also not expected to do much as this are policy matter of national interest and he also desperately need others supports who are completely aversed to this concept , unless of course there is a national referendum the status quo may be probably maintained as for now.
But till than it will be also in our state interest that we keep human relationship with them and work for each others benefit. Let us be practical, that is the best way for both of us in this transition period is cooperation and Business partnership as Arunachal is a land locked place and lack in Business opportunity so we might have to work together as we cannot throw them also kudos to our previous Leaders and by the way who was appointed as the Govt. Advocate earlier to represent the Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh case it is doubtful weather also know there name.
In that matter present C.M. who is a Buddhist himself can play a major role in this reconciliation and mediation as they need to be made absolutely useful for State economy till when they are here and move to greener pastures were there are more economic potentialities for them or someday due to globalization and cultural exchange a new scenario comes up acceptable to Gods plan . Alternative to the Insurgency in North east
The time has come to search an alternative way for the vexed insurgency problem of the North east as the Intellectuals cannot be mute spectators any more as the precious time is passing by without ourselves repaying anything to values for which our Lord and savior Christ Jesus sacrificed his life. And mind it, for it the locals of the region specially the Intellectuals and Spiritual Centres must come forward as they can only bulldoze a way out or innocent blood will be on our head in the Day of Judgment. I credit the Naga Hoho , Church Union and Mothers Union etc. to great many extent for the peace so far in the region of Nagaland and North East. They must play more pro-active role as they can only deliver as the Centre more engrossed in its gigantic problems could not expect to do much. The time has come for national reconciliation as the Lord himself has said give to Caesar what belong to him and to God what belong to God. Today the Countries leaders are also genuinely seen to truly repent there faults ,there failure in mishandling the issues. Today the local themselves has to come forward for development and like the Mao Wadi playing pro active role in Nepal, the brothers in arm must do something for the Society in true sense of terms. The way the famous Runie I,e- the guru of the Samurai fighters of Japan Taizo Sukumata started a most famous Company Mitsubishi and opened the Pandora’s door of opportunity for the Japan ,this was after he seeing the futility of the death and destruction of war for blindly fighting in the name of Emperor Hirohito as the Young Japanese at that time committed Hara-kiri suicide by becoming Kamikaze pilot. We desperately need Peoples like Nehemiah in the Holy Bible to re- make the wall of his motherland. The battle is ready but the victory belong to God and victory we shall have as God loves repented soul. Therefore Japanese experiment is an ideal approach; to make or break the Country the power ultimately lies with God alone as for example who had thought that one day Soviet Union will disintegrate therefore high level Political dreams may be best left to the God who alone knows our need and gives everything in right time. So if God desires we may get freedom as freely as we never hoped, therefore we must stop acting as de-facto God as we are Christians whom peoples are looking up to; we must make a reconciliary approach as today the Country has also regretted for many of its past misdeed. The Christian religion practice and Nagaland stands to gain much if they remove the cultural and human barriers as a new resurgent Nagas and Assamese well versed in Hindi language and a Business interest with mainstream India will do much for himself, religion he believes and the country .

Freedom at Broad Light
The story of the Freedom moment in Arunachal Pradesh is very interesting which is comparable to the story we read in our School or college syllabus long time back namely,` How the quick India movement come to alipore.’were the Gandhiwadis though failed to ignite the public outcry against the British in Alipoor but only for the rumor started by the rumor mongers that the Collector was giving them Dog Biscuits with Tea that did the trick. The story of the Moji Riba and Moje Riba and late kargo Basar my Grand father’s brother were more or less like same condition but the difference was earlier the local leaders didn’t want Independence as they fear to loss there vintage position as the British had pampered them to a great extent. To there greatest anguish the three friends were first to unruffled the Congress flag in Dipa Village of Arunachal Pradesh in the West Siang District near Dibrugarh.The three friends were arrested for this dare debility of whom specially late Kargo Basar who was inhumanly treated due to local Politics . The three friends were always frequenting the Sadia which was the old settlement area of British before it was wiped out by Brahmaputra . They meet the Congress activities like Lalit Hajarika who was perhaps advocate in Dibrugarh , at that time all the Congress were very jealous of doing something for the Countries Freedom Struggle therefore the three friends who could speak Assamese to some extends were of special interest to them. And they were wowed to fight against the British . Before death grand father Late Kargo Basar acknowledge that even the letter written in Assames were send to them from across the Brahmaputra river from Dibrugarh via Pigeons to Dipa this Official correspondence later paved the way for awarding of Tamrapatra to late Moji and Moje Riba whereas my father and his Cousins brother failed to realize its importance and bury all the documents with the grand fathers body only standing ovation to the man has been a School in the name of Kargo Basar Brightened School in West Siang District Arunachal Pradesh Basar which is noted for good academy.

The Patriots
There are few great Peoples who have unknowingly done great things for the Humanity by there courage and there immortal love. Those great souls who have been never given there due recognisation for example ,I give the credit for changing relation with Pakistan to the film star Sunny Deol the prodigal son of Dharmendraji to a great extent who mesmerized Pakistani Peoples with his shear dare debility in Pak bashing film series . At a time when the other film colleagues were afraid of doing film against Pakistan as the D. Company is remote controlling the Bollywood it is doubted, the jat Puttar destroy the morals of Pakistan by doing film like Gaddar were the scenes like pulling out the Tube well hand pump single handedly must have given a sleeplessness night to the ISI and this gave India an edge in the Psychological warfare though this was not part of RAW’s think tank’s. The way Desintrigation of Soviet Union credit can be attributed to Sylvester Stallone the Hollywood hero who was not afraid of KGB warning so one need to be real Hero than an artificial Hero which is not that easy. But there were some white Sheep among the black Sheep as well; I am saying about Col. Som Prakash Anand who married Mrs. Tutu Rasino of the Nagaland, story is story of challenges and endless love amidst the backdrop of anti Indian feeling at its zenith for which the centre was also responsible for failing to understand the Naga ethos but poor knowledge about the North East places at that time might have also been a limitation for the Govt. as barring NEFA which came to limelight due to drawing of Mack Mohan boundary line and later 1962 war other place remain virtually unknown; this is the year 1965 the NNC has just been formed under the Leadership of legendry Phizo in Nagaland and the Govt. of India wanted to remove him from the power by hook or crook . The 3rd Assam rifles in Kohima received a young Captain Som prakash Anand who was very good person very mild and smiling always sensitive to Tribal Peoples custom and traditions unlike other Army man. Once in a function at Army mess the than Governor of Nagaland wanted to invite the Phizo’s family. The party changed his life for ever he saw very beautiful Miss. Tutu Rasino it was love at first sight . The more the meeting started the NNC got furious, as anti Indian feeling were at its zenith at that time and may be also because there was perhaps no matrimonial relationship with the Plain India Peoples by than ; the young Naga lady was punished for trying to merry the enemy soldier, she was taken to jungle for 16 months which failed to remove her love for that Panjabi Puttar. Today when they look back to there life they don’t regret, historically they may be the first couples who married from such a different cultures one mongoloid and other an Aryan nevertheless there marriage is most significant in a way that they paved the way for future unification of the Nation ;though they went through untold misery for they were virtually exterminated from there community for such a shocking act but they don’t regret, for love was more than gold and silver for them it was love across the cross culture .God gave them a beautiful daughter in the shape of Sarina Anand who is right now going places and a pride for her Parents and friends. it took long time for the young Naga peoples to realize the importance of having a relative married in plain, it latter pave the way for other Naga and North East Girls to merry in the plains and instead this has helped for the cause of Naga movement as well as today there is a strong lobby for Naga cause as is reflected by the recent Peace truce which has lots of support of Naga lobby from whole India, today the success mantra is if one wants to talk to other Person he must know his language this meeting of civilization also helped the cause for the extension of Gods message of love and forgiveness which is the best thing that happened to the North East Peoples through Christian Preaching and this important message was needed to be shared to others but were yet to be propagated beyond Nagaland in true sense of term due to language and cultural barriers . Madam Tutu Rasino who is a famous Socialist should be made good use by the Govt. due to her North East connection and influence over whole North east as she could be of immense help for National reconciliation. There is something to be appreciated about Jats they are the ones who give a damn to anybody when it matter most, the Country also needs a son of the soil like them as well, remember Sunny Deol pulling out the Tube wells in the front of the frightened Pakistani in movie called Gadar one of the many Sunnies Pak bashing series. The series of Pak bashing movies finished off the moral of the Pakistani soldiers and had scantling effect on them like the Sylvastor Stallone helped in disintegration of the soviet Union by his blockbuster movies like Rambo and First Blood etc. This was the time remember when the film actors shied to do movie against Pakistan as they were always apprehensive of D.Company; but this Jat Puttar who represents and resembles most of the jats was never to be cowed down the Country has a genuine Hero who deserve to be given Paramvir Chakra for his contribution to the Indian army of the screen for moving up there moral.
In many way the Arunachal Peoples are like jats as they are also very honest and little rough with there tongue. They can work together in great many ways for mutual benefits, the common interest between them can be in Tourism sector as recently the Virgin Arunachal Pradesh has become the most cherished Tourist destination; specially the Foreigners are dying to go there at any cost to see the land of mysteries; therefore the Tour Operators can play a major role in this regard as the Jats have a natural fairness for such field as they are born natural guide. Other field can be an investment in Organic farming which are in great demand in today’s time in our Country and abroad. The good part of Arunachal is there is abundant land, green manure and perennial source of water as today due to global warming it is doubtful that one day all water reservoir will be exhausted therefore sooner the better to grave this opportunity as Time and tide wait for non the specialty of the Arunachal Pradesh is it has various types of climate so ranging from apple even mango can be grown there as recently it is seen the price of Chilly has gown up in the market in Delhi though it is found in ample that too very chiefly in our state other field of interest may be Cane, Bambo and Groom etc. Though the Restricted area Permit etc. and no right of possessing land in Arunachal will be bit disturbing to the investors initially as for national interest to check the spread of refugee the Govt. of India was compel to continue this the one started by Britishers; but in this globalization period it will worth taking this risk to invest in place like Arunachal to learn the lessons as today it is the day of cogloromaration and Joint global Partnership. The Unpredictable Political Future ahead
The Political future ahead is going to be very unpredictable with the setback of Congress regime in many States and the final nail in the coffin may be with the continuation of the Mulayam Sings regime in the U.P. even after the Nithari incident. His servivle will be a great hope for Parties who wants to see debacle ofCongress Party; irony is whenever a non Gandhian becomes P.M there is a division of camp and if a Gandhi family claims the coveted post there is a threat of assasination of life , therefore the situation is like a deaf Sea and Devil for Congress party. It seems the Public prefers old Atal Bihari Bajpaiji more than anybody else as though bogged by ill health his sacrifice for Party gave divident . In Home front due to his dare devil attitude Sri Lijum Ronya has emerged as a Person to be reckoned with with his no non - sense and high moral unblemish record Party stands to gain like it gained from Nabjot Singh who single handedly demolished the forces of Captain Arminder Singh in Punjab election like one man Industry, unfortunately barring a few Press so far the Oppositions were never given due coverage in our State, but hope some more Independent Press and Journalists will come out openly to play responsible role of a Independent Press as particularly in Itanagar some journalist friends are said to be assaulted for there honest potrayal of some Persons so far considered Untouchables, need not to say they have failed to be as popular as they should have been; for journalism is all about taking risk and NEWS all about disclosing sensational things.

But Apangji is also not a lamb that you go and catch he has also withstand many a thunderstorm.This days star campaigners like Siddhu who are from media background will be very much needed as the charisma of Apangji will alone be not sufficient this time as his ministry filled with loyalists alone lacking the vital creative minds who like earlier Lallus Ministers may be even unable to say the jana mana Gana properly, need not to say Nitish ensured that Samosa was continue to made with aloo even without Laloo for today the Political Buzzword is dedicated worker, team work, creative mind and crowd puller star Campaigner whom crowd really respect genuinly ; the Parties need to cautiously give Party tickets seing the winnability of the Person if one keeps good leaders in suspended animation there is a fear that they may even have a tacit understanding with Opposition as it happened with the Jamir as well coordinated attack by opposition left him no where .

Why all arunachalee be a butt of laughing stock for a single mans whims and fancies as today no difference in allocation of extra fund is seen by being a rulling or Opposition its all performance that matter.Therefore whole Publics should not be blamed for ones self interest. One can think himself as smart but not others as fool always, as others have also right to shut there doors for tresspassers; the practise of giving importance to ruling party by joining NDA for short time gain have today harmed the prospect of our own Leaders- unlike Mizoram were the Party stick to there Party Arunachal Publics have been made to salute the Centre this will benefit BJP if Congress also looses in UP coming election is expected to be most free and fair one as usually Ruling Govt. fearful Arunachal Publics is expected to participate in Politics with open mind that is good for State.I salute the spirit of freedom of some person who give a damn about the might of adversery, may be one day thay will help to protect tha Human right of those who loose the Power even though some are now angry at the audicity of there darring revealation who unlike Politicians have only want for the betterment of Society.The coming days will see Political campaign and justifications of highest order with the Ruling Party trieng to convince that Legislators were still behind him even when he was alone MLA, were as the Opposition will say, it was the horse trading inside as usual ; the ruling party will say that corruption was rampant when Party was no more in Power, opposition may reply that it was ones cunning Politics that made the innocent Mithi regime more corrupted as some wanted to save his own skeen. The Opposition may say that it was during Congress puppet regime during Lt. Governorship that actual persecution happened against PPA and Christians wereas the BJP may be termed as a Communual Party the lethal point for the opposition will be price rise and high texation and of course collapse of Apex Bank so allegations and counter allegations will be there, as People will prefer reading and trusting Independent Papers and taking advantage of present situation many fearless journalists are expected to come forward; but in the end jo jeeta wahi Sikkandar and a chance to blow final death nail in the coffin of the old adversery as the Political Leaders will today seldom leave an opponnent unpunised unlike humble Mithiji who proved to be a politician and a Gentleman, other Leaders like pack of Wolfs in Discovery Channel are seen biting each other and are seen to cross all the Political ethics, the Politicians making Political fight as an Personal fight of egoism is unfortunate, today may be fear of loosing power make the present Politicians more aggressive and corrupted as Laski said Power Corrupts,absolute Power corrupts absolutely, the future Politicians are also not expected to be as generous as P.K.Thungonji, Bakin Pertinji, Tomo Ribaji, and Mukut Mithiji as they may learn lesson from history as Moutse Tung said Power comes through Barrel of the gun .

Who always treated everything spectecular and great achievement as done by Yapoms meaning rightfully son of bitch, so much so that some smart chaps were started to be called as son of bitch; Yapoms which is biologically impossible though it brings laughter now but earlier it was a previlige to be called sons of Yapoms. As Scientists have now proved beyond doubt that Human beings are class apart from other animal, even with monkey family never was there any cross other than with the Rhesus monkey with which People derived deadly disease AIDS instead of a progeny half monkey half man. So this theory seems to be highly exegrated basically created by Narad Muni and Tenali Ramas of a certain Leader who used it as a Political catchy slogan at his time. After all every body leaved in a fear psychosise in PPA time therefore this theory of this origin of legend is highly probable. After all quick access to modern amenities may have made previlige smart Peoples more successful in compare to others who were still living in stone age and as Politics is all about manupulating and misleadind the innocent Peoples.Thus it is not surprising that coastly medicines like Gensing which we are now only hearing were already used by some smart Politicians long time back, may be some were also using the Video Camera to moniter the visitors and we were happy at ministers knowing our name personally.

This days mushrooming of NGO’s can be seen everywhere good that Peoples are taking up good Samaritan work in a major way but unfortunately most of them are seen to be after money and hype and believe that there are lots of American money involved other than there true dedication as no body wants to drink the cup that Jesus of Nazarath dranked. As for one thing Americans are no fool, for that matter any other Donor will not like to associate with rogues; but ultimately ones like late mother Teresa can only attract there expectation of novelty and humanity as the Western Country Peoples are less corrupted and takes the issue of spiritualism seriously. My friends in says that today Social workers are so unpopular that it is short of a insult to be called as one. Therefore big names of NGO’s are not that important other than the missionary jeal of its activists. Ones a friend of mine was surprised to see no decoration of the sweet shop unlike others though his shop was located away from Railway platform to which he politely replied that his quality will attract the customers.

Give a damn about custom and tradition that have no human utility, for a Poor man he will not question about were from the cloths have come this will be atleast welcomed in Orphanage run by Missionary of Charity in Naharlagun run by mother Teresas group as our poor country itself is basically dependent on auction cloth from outside country only and some of which belong to dead mans so why there be any double standard. If we don’t do a small work in a serious way how we can expect God to use us in a major way; consider yourself being a bastard in the Orphanage in Missionary of Charity in Naharlagun damped by your real father and mother what will be your happiness be if you receive a full stomach lunch or dinner by a good Samaritan person who send his left over food for the centre or a doll which is kept uselessly in your house but so important for the unprivileged Childrens. This may be due to the facts that there is paucity of exemplary leaders in Muslim community, all great Leaders being exterminated like Sadat and Najibullah.The Spiritual Books like Koran must be understood in its true spirit and any meaning has to be construed after comprehensive study or we might end up going precisely against what Allah command.
